Shipping & Delivery


South African orders

The shipping of your custom made piece within South Africa is FREE of charge. Our shipping is executed by Aramex and FastWay; both companies specialized in moving high value goods. The courier will deliver your ring door to door to the appointed by you delivery address. You will be notified when the parcel is ready to ship so you can appoint the office or home address you want the delivery to be made to. Once the parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the progress of the delivery using the links provided above. While on the move your exclusive piece will be covered with appropriate insurance until you sign for it on delivery.

Please not that the delivery address should be a physical one (not P.O.Box) and including the postal code . The cellphone contact of the person receiving the parcel is also required so the delivery of the parcel could be promptly arranged.

International orders

We use FedEx to ship our international orders at the cost of 80 US dollars, added to your cost in the final quotation. While this amount usually covers shipping to most countries additional charges might be applicable for this service to some destinations. You are more than welcome to request shipping quotation via contact us page of this site. Your piece will be appropriately insured by us until you sigh for it.

Delivery policy

Turnaround time

All orders will be processed for manufacturing after confirmation of payment of agreed quotation price. The time frame of manufacturing an item will be fixed in the final quotation with deviation of no more than 5 working days. The average labor intensity item is usually shipped 10 days after confirmation of payment.

Returns and Refunds policy

As the main body of our trade is jewellery pieces made to order, our return policy is limited to guarantee of quality of materials and craftsmanship. We offer full refund if the quality of our materials (metal purity, diamond and gemstone quality etc.) is proven different than the one on the final quotation. In the unlikely event of claims of unsatisfactory craftsmanship, we undertake to repair or even remake the entire piece. Please note that this does not cover design and proportions not meeting customer’s expectations. These two segments will be extensively pondered and agreed upon prior the manufacturing process. Claims of unsatisfactory quality and/or craftsmanship should be submitted within 14 days from the time of receiving the item. Claims on worn and damaged items will not be accepted.
