You can specify the diamond size, diamond quality and total carat weight of any particular eternity ring, and I can help you do it most effectively
The classic eternity ring is studded with equal in size diamonds on the entire circumference. What is sometime referred to with the self-contradictory name half eternity ring is actually diamond wedding ring. The number of stones depends on the diameter of the individual stones, the type of setting and the finger size. The later is of paramount importance when precise quotation is required. Eternity diamond rings are almost impossible to resize , so it is important to make sure you are providing the right finger size. Platinum is the recommended metal for eternity rings. Eternity rings are generally light in metal and with low to medium labour intensity. This is why the diamond content forms the bulk part of the price. For most of our eternity rings we give three diamond content options as default, longing to accommodate different budget options for each design. While we deal with the same circumference, when the size of the single diamond increases so does the diamond content, although the number of stones decreases. The quality of the diamonds is also important segment forming the price. The quality for the round stones in the quoted rings is I,J-SI and for princess cut G,H-VS,SI. These are currently the most saleable qualities in South Africa. Going under these qualities is possible however I would not recommend it. Going up will result in higher price. When there is a budget allocated for an eternity ring, is wise to aim for balance between size and quality of the diamonds where most visual impact is achieved. Going for top quality diamonds for example, will result in smaller diamond content within the same budget and the size is far more noticeable than the colour and clarity. I will be able to objectively guide you finding this balance and help you get the best value for your budget.
